This record presents another unfortunate family legal entanglement, growing out of a guardianship matter, wherein the father acting as guardian of the property.of his minor children and, because he was their father gave little attention to legal formalities in the management of the property, assumed that the natural ties of love and affection would remain unbroken and prompt all parties concerned to deal justly among themselves.
