Jerry Wayne Abies, a Texas inmate, appeals the district court’s denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

A grand jury returned two indictments against Abies for aggravated robbery and burglary of a habitation. One indictment charged two counts of aggravated robbery, both alleging the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon. The first count alleged the use of a handgun, and the second count alleged the use of a knife. The second indictment charged burglary of a habitation in two different counts.
