SCOTT, District Judge.

L. Metcalfe Walling, Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, brings this action against Michael Rocklin, Julius Lehman, William R. Newman, Meyer Harrison, Ada Rocklin, Sarah Lehman, Esther Newman, and Gertrude Harrison, individually and as co-partners, doing business as Rocklin, Lehman & Co., to enjoin the defendants from violating the provisions of §§ 15(a) (1), 15 (a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215 (a) (1, 2, 5). Jurisdiction is conferred upon the Court by § 17 of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A.…
