This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendant entered following an order granting a motion for summary judgment. The judgment was entered in the District Court at Glasgow, the Honorable Tom Dignan, District Judge, presiding.
As a result of intervention, there are two sets of parties named “Thornton.” The defendants and-respondents are Warren L. Thornton, and his wife Gertrude. These will be referred to as “defendants.” Dale Thornton, the son of defendants, and his wife Lillian will be referred to as “intervenors.” The…
