Latasia Webb (“defendant”) pled no contest to uttering a forged or false instrument (bank check), and in return received a withhold of adjudication and five years of probation. Two months later, defendant pled guilty to probation violations, and the court reinstated her probation with a modification that she complete six months of day reporting.
