Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe *1549County (John J. Brunotti, A.J.), rendered February 16, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of attempted murder in the second degree and assault in the first degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
