Affirming.

By this action in equity instituted in the Pike circuit court, the appellant, W. E. Batliff, sought to recover of the appellees, A. "W. Childers and Fon Bodgers, a small tract of land in Pike county, of which he claimed to be the owner, upon the ground that the title claimed by them is void because obtained under a void sale and judgment of tbe Pike circuit court in a suit of John A.
