The Dayton Rubber Manufacturing Company, the Dunlap Tire & Rubber Company, and the Shook Rubber Company instituted this suit against the Southwestern Rubber Company, Inc., W. G. Colton, E. J. Stevens, Josie Colton, L. W. Lacey, and Y. S.
