Ex Parte Terry

Emory L. Terry, as the administrator of the estate of Fay Sewell Terry, deceased ("the administrator"), petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Mobile Probate Court to vacate its June 23, 2006, and July 12, 2006, orders, which were entered after the administrator filed a petition in the circuit court to remove the administration of the estate from the probate court to the Mobile Circuit Court.
