This matter came on for a hearing on Friday, February 4,2000, on the Defendants’ Plea in Bar of res judicata and collateral estoppel. The Defendants also made a Motion to Deem Requests for Admissions as Admitted, and the Plaintiff countered with a Motion for Enlargement of Time. At the conclusion of the hearing, I took the matters under advisement. For the reasons set forth below, I now overrule the Plea in Bar.
