This is a suit for the partition of two hundred and eighty acre's of land among the widow and heirs of Henry Larimore. He died in 1879, leaving four children; his widow, Jane Larimore, elected to take a child’s part. The defendants, Tyler and Baker, the husbands of two of the daughters of Henry Larimore, claim two-fifths of forty acres in their own right, by purchase from Abram and Jane Larimore, and it is this claim alone about which there is any dispute.
