Davis v. Town of Saluda

The order of Judge DeVore follows:

An election was held in the town of Saluda, this State, September 19, 1927, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said town the questions of '(1) establishing a waterworks system and issuing $100,000 of bonds therefor; and (2) establishing a sewer system and issuing $75,000 of bonds for that purpose.
