This matter is before the court on two “Motions to Reconsider” filed on behalf of the defendants. Plaintiffs have filed an opposition. There is no need for oral argument.
The action for which reconsideration is sought, is a ruling dated June 28, 1995, 892 F.Supp. 145 (M.D.La.1995) which granted a motion by plaintiffs to remand these proceedings to the Eighteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
