LEE R. WEST, District Judge.

Before the Court for its consideration is a motion by defendants requesting relief from the Court’s order of July 13, 1984, granting plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. The defendants have also requested an enlargement of time in which to respond to plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment.

The Libertarian Party of Oklahoma and several individual members of the party initiated this lawsuit on May 31,1984, seeking relief from certain state statutes restricting the ability of minor party candidates to be placed on the ballot. In their complaint the plaintiffs…
