ARROWOOD, Judge.

*356 Anthony James Squirewell II ("defendant") appeals from judgments entered upon his convictions for habitual impaired driving, speeding, *357 possessing an open container of alcohol in the passenger area of a motor vehicle, resisting a public officer, and driving while license revoked for impaired driving. For the following reasons, we find no error in defendant's trial below.
