I. INTRODUCTION
Cherry Growers, Inc., as chapter 11 debtor in possession (the “DIP”), seeks an order granting Debtor’s Motion for Order Authorizing Debtor’s Use of Cash Collateral and for Adequate Protection with Huntington National Bank (the “Motion,” EOF 24).
