*839In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Guess?, Inc., appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), dated September 7, 2003, as denied those branches of its cross motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the cross claims of the defendants Chelsea GCA Realty, Inc., and Holt Construction Corp. for contribution and common-law indemnification insofar as asserted against it.
