On July 20, 1965 plaintiff filed a complaint in the Law Division seeking damages from defendants, who are professional engineers and land surveyors, arising from an alleged error committed by them in 1952. After filing an answer, asserting that the action was barred b}r the Statute of Limitations, defendants moved for summary judgment on the ground that the action was so barred by said Statute.
