Suit filed in the district court of Burleson county, February 21, 1878, by Henry Hodges, to recover of Bell Taylor and her children certain land in said county.
Plaintiff claimed through a purchase at execution sale under a judgment in favor of D. H. Sanderlin against Thomas C. Evans, and charged that the land was the property of said Thomas C. Evans, and transferred to defendant in fraud of his creditors. The amended petition set out the facts fully under which plaintiff claimed. ' .
