In March, 1880, the plaintiffs filed their bill in the circuit court of Ritchie county to enforce-the lien of a judgment against the defendant G. W. Harris, which judgment was recovered before a justice on the 5th day of August, 1875, for ninety-nine dollars and ninety-five cents with interest and costs. The bill alleged, that on the 27th day of June, 1876, the defendant, G. W. Harris, purchased a house and lot in the town of Ponnsboro in said county of one James L.
