This case arises from an Order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County modifying custody of the parties’ 14-*86year-old daughter (“Daughter”). Prior to the initiation of the instant litigation, Amy Baynard (“Mother”) had primary physical custody and Scott Baldwin (“Father”) had visitation on alternate weekends and specified holidays. Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, the parties had joint legal custody.
