This is an appeal from a conviction of voluntary manslaughter.. Appellant was charged by indictment with the crime- of second degree murder and the cause was *356tried before a jury in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court. The verdict of the jury found the appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of voluntary manslaughter and a sentence of from not less than two (2) nor more than twenty-one (21) years in the Indiana Women’s Prison was imposed.
