OPINION OF THE COURT

WOLD, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried on 5 July 1983 by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial. Consistent with his pleas, he was convicted of two specifications of wrongful possession and distribution of hashish and one specification of wrongful possession of hashish with intent to distribute, violations of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military *850Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
