—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Berke, J.), dated January 14, 2000, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

Contrary to the plaintiff’s contentions, the defendant demonstrated, prima facie, his entitlement to judgment as a matter of law by submitting proof in admissible form that he did not negligently cause the plaintiffs injuries.
