RAPER, Justice.

This appeal is a comparative negligence case arising from a judgment holding the defendants liable despite a jury’s finding *1176that they were less negligent than each of the plaintiffs. The main focus of the appeal is upon the construction to be given § 1-1-109, W.S.1977, commonly referred to as the Wyoming Comparative Negligence Statute, where there are multiple plaintiffs and multiple tortfeasors.

We will reverse and remand for a new trial.
