Plaintiff brought this legal malpractice action against defendants for failing to file a timely request for a hearing on the workers’ compensation claim of plaintiffs deceased husband. A jury found in favor of plaintiff. She appeals from the court’s denial of her “motion to increase judgment” on her claim for interest. We affirm.

Plaintiff contends that her claim is not for interest on the workers’ compensation benefits that the insurer would have been required to pay. She acknowledges that we disallowed such a claim in Haret v. SAIF, 72 Or App 668, 697 P2d 201, rev den 299 Or 313 (1985).1 She…
