This matter comes before the Court on a Notice of Removal (“Notice”) from the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk (Index No. 24209/2003) filed on August 31, 2005, by Linda Sharp (“petitioner”). The parties named in this case are Newman & Cahn, LLP, plaintiff, and Michael Sharp, defendant. The petitioner Linda Sharp is not a party in this case.
