Jennifer R. Wilson-Trattner v. Robert Campbell
Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
DeGUILIO, District Judge.
In this appeal, the Plaintiff argues that the district court incorrectly granted summary judgment for the defense on three of her claims: a substantive due process claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, a failure to train claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim under Indiana law. Each of these is based on allegations that officers of the Hancock County, Indiana Sherriff s Department improperly responded to the Plaintiffs complaints of domestic abuse. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
