The plaintiff had a contract with the defendant for the dredging of a portion of Raisin River at Monroe Harbor, Michigan. In carrying it out it encountered considerably more hardpan than it had expected. It sues to recover addi*111tional compensation, claiming that it is entitled to an equitable adjustment on this account.
