OPINION
COOCH, J.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is an appeal of a decision of the Industrial Accident Board (“LAB”) holding that Barbara Faupel’s (“Faupel”) injury, Guillain-Barré Syndrome/chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, which resulted from an influenza vaccination administered to her by her employer E.I. duPont De Nemours & Co. (“DuPont”), was within the course and scope of her employment and therefore compensa-ble under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
