This is an appeal from a judgment of confirmation of an assessment in the county court of Cook county, levied to • defray the expense of constructing a relief sewer in the village of Wilmette, at an estimated cost of $149,083. The main sewer, with its branches and adjuncts, is planned to intersect the present sewer system of the village for the purpose of carrying off the surface water and relieving the present sewers in times of unusual pressure.
