On September 5, 1918, Albert J. W. Appell filed an affidavit in the municipal court reciting that a judgment had been rendered by said court in his favor and against John B. Dandridge for the sum of $552.37 and certain costs, and an execution had been issued thereon and returned “No property found”; that the affiant had reason to believe that the Northern Trust Company was indebted to the defendant, Dandridge, and had effects and estate of his in its possession.
