MEMORANDUM OPINION
JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 which was filed by Harry Jones, the President, majority shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the I.D. Craig Service Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The motion to dismiss was filed by the Board of Directors of the I.D.
