Defendant’s wife brought a suit against him for a separation. Upon what grounds does not appear. At ■ the time of the com-. *182mencement of the action and during its pendency the husband and wife were living separate and apart although in the same house. During that same period the husband provided a credit for the purchase of foodstuffs by his wife and she was living in the house without rent charge.
