This suit was brought by H. A. Schramm on the 20th day of December, 1920, against C. E. Knolle and W. I. Hill, county judge, and A. E. Mewis, John Reichle, Theo. Brosig, and C. Fiesler, members of the commissioners’ court of Austin county, to compel the removal of a certain fence alleged to be maintained by C. F. Knolle across a certain alleged public road of said Austin county.
