This matter is before the Court on Heller Financial, Inc.’s (hereinafter referred to as Heller) Motion for Additional Relief from the Automatic Stay to Compromise and Settle Accounts and for Allowance of Secured Claim. In this Motion, Heller asks the Court to determine whether it has a perfected, first and senior security interest in all accounts receivable of the Debtor, Seco, Inc.
