-Tbis is a writ of error from a judgment in favor of tbe Rogers Locomotive and Machine Works against tbe county of Tipton, in the State of Tennessee, for the principal and interest of fifty bonds of $500 each, dated Jan. 1, 1869, and payable on the first day of January, 1873, to the Mississippi River Railroad Company or bearer, with Ínteres) from date at the rate of-six per cent per annum.
