Concerned Taxpayers of Clearfield County, 1 Anthony J. Yankevich and Robert K. Long (collectively, Taxpayers) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County (trial court) sustaining the preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer filed by Clearfield County (County) and its Commissioners Michael Lytle, Gerald Hatcher and Gene Lunsford (collectively, Commissioners) in response to a complaint filed by Taxpayers.
