Plaintiff, Nancy G. Lipman, appeals from the order of the trial court affirming the decision of defendant, Board of Review of the Department of Labor (the Board), in which the Board denied plaintiff’s claim for antedated unemployment compensation benefits because the claim was not timely filed. On appeal plaintiff argues that the Board’s construction of Regulation 17F of the Division of Unemployment Insurance, Department of Labor, is unreasonable.
