DUNCAN, Judge.
The defendant, William Griffith, was convicted of assault with intent to commit voluntary manslaughter, possession with intent to sell benzphetamine, a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell marihuana, a Schedule VI controlled substance, receiving penitentiary sentences of not less than one (1) nor more than three (3) years, not less than three (3) years nor more than five (5) years, and not less than two (2) years nor more than five (5) years, respectively.
