Plaintiff/Appellee, Sioux Valley Hospital Association (Hospital), brought actions, in the circuit court for Beadle County, for payment of medical bills incurred by Gail Mies (Mother) and her son, John Robeson (Grandchild). Named as defendants were her father, Peter M. Mies (Grandfather); Larry Robeson (Father); and Beadle County (County).
