This cause was originally filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division, and transferred to this Court for the convenience of the parties. Both plaintiff, a South Carolina corporation, and defendant, an Indiana association, are authorized to do business in Mississippi. An amended motion to dismiss, filed after the transfer, was overruled, this Court retaining jurisdiction.
