MORROW, Presiding Judge.

— The conviction is for the unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of two years.

A box containing a quantity of whisky was found upon the premises of the witness Cook. Without disturbing the whisky, Cook reported the matter to White, an officer. As we understand the record, the officer secreted himself and observed an automobile in which the appellant and two others were riding, stop at a point about thirty steps from where the liquor was deposited.
