-The plaintiff-appellee, Mortemoth Company, alleges in its petition that it sold the defendant-appellant a quantity of “moth-proofing” crystals for a named price, and delivered the property designated, according to the contract. Continuing the allegations- in its petition, the appellee stated that the appellant, although receiving the goods, refused and neglected to pay the agreed price therefor.
