— The cause was submitted upon the pleadings and a stipulation of facts. It appears therefrom that the decedent, Christ Pedersen, died intestate, on or about the 7th of January, 1918; that, at the time of his death, he owned real estate of the value of $12,000, and had money on deposit to the amount of $509.99.- The claims, costs, and expenses of administration of the estate aggregated $2,066.55, leaving a net balance of $10,443.55.
