—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated August 17, 1994, as, upon reargument, adhered to a prior determination of the same court, made in an order dated January 29, 1993, denying the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
