Appellant, Mills Realty, Ine. (“broker”), appeals from an order entered by the Circuit Court of the County of St. Louis granting respondent’s, a partnership comprised of Robert Wolff and the Mary R. Wolff Real Estate Company (“vendor”), motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in broker’s quantum meruit action to recover monies representing a commission. 1 We affirm.
