This is a suit to foreclose a mortgage lien on two tracts of land situated in Hunt county, and fully described in the petition of plaintiff below. In September, 1920, L. B. Wade, one of the appellants, was indebted to the Frst National, Bank of Quinlan in the sum of approximately $4,-000, evidenced by two promissory notes. On the 16th day of that month he executed a deed of trust on the land above referred to —one tract of 65 acres, and the other of 44% acres.
