This is an appeal from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County affirming a refusal to renew appellant’s liquor permits.

Appellant has held D-l, D-2, D-3 and D-3A permits for over 15 years. He properly filed his application to renew his permits for the period from October 31, 1963, to October 30, 1964. The Department of Liquor Control denied the renewal application.
