In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals, as limited by her *525brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated February 10, 1994, as, upon reargument, granted the plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict in her favor and against the plaintiff, vacated the judgment in her favor and against the plaintiff, and directed a new trial.
